On Thursday night at 8:30 eastern the Ladies Selection in the Semi Finals is on Jessica Pegula to advance over Karolina Muchova. Pegula just took down Swiatek the 1 seed in straight sets and now looks to make it to the Final against Last years Semi Finals in Muchova. Pegula won the only meeting last year in 3 sets and this looks like it go three as well. Pegula though has not lost a set yet in this tournament. She nailed 18 aces and hit 76 percent on her first serves. She has the better break of serve percentage and plays her first final. Muchova will be tough here though as she lost to Gauff last year here. In the end though Pegula has the better form. The Comp play for Saturday is on Miami Oho plus the 3-4 points at noon. Miami Ohio has early rest here after taking northwestern to the wire on the road in their opener. They are 5-0 in home openers and we note that Home teams off a bye on non conference games that scored less than 14 points and are not laying 16+ points are a perfect 5-0 to the spread long term in early season games. The Colts have opened up 0-2 and Rob notes that week 3 home favorites of 3 or less that are 0-2 are 3-12 straight up since 1995.
