BET365 ARE CHEATERS.

I have Bet Slip which i won and bet365 put it as invalid. (photo 1 - https://ibb.co/0Zm3wkW)

I have played two tennis matches on the ITF tournament and when you check official results on the ITF site my Bet Slip was won. (photo 2 - https://ibb.co/31cFkTh)

Bet365 didn’t published official any result of the match on the site and told me that they «are under no obligation to provide a result with public».

They also sent me a link of the website where they took the result but on this link there is a lot of mistakes as you can see so this site can't be used as sufficient evidence. (photo 3 - https://ibb.co/SVCHR36)

I have evidence of the result on the official ITF website and also on sofascore.com. When you check this you can see that my Bet Slip was won. First when they checked official results from ITF website they wrote me: «your bet has been settled correctly in linewith the official result». (photo 4 - https://ibb.co/GnyYZ5z)

Also they told that if i have some document that prove that result was different that i am welcome to send it but this matter has been fully reviewed for me and the information (result) remain the same.

But when i send all evidence bet365 put my Bet Slip as invalid and i have no answer from them.

IS IT POSSIBLE that the most famous and world bookmaker like bet365 do something like this? They are cheating people who trust them! I have this account already 3-4 years! I lost about 7000 euros in last 6 months on this account and when i win bet365 is cheating me and they don’t want to accept this.

I mostly play NBA, euroleague and itf tournaments. I've lost a lot of bet slips like this one which i think i won now. But when i lost there was no problem and now when i won there is immediately a problem with account, with bets etc.

Do we need to play on bet365 when we know that it won't pay off the money?

you should send all your gather datas in an email and cc to their license gambling comission. Let them know if they do not take it seriously you will be sharing it with the public forums and legal to tarnish their reputation.

We have been providing football predictions and our member has face similar situation. You are probably triggered by their risk team and suspend/pause your bet.
probably required your action to get a manual action.

i am contact IBAS but they are slow 2-3 months for investigation

and from my match is passed 20days but bet365 dont refresh nothing

i dont reaaly know what is heppened on bet365

maybe i must go to layer and make lawsuit?
 
Ya, I suggest that you consult with a lawyer. (Most lawyer firms offer free consultancy) ( lawsuit cost a lot of money ) they probably suggest you to send them a letter of demand etc.

Since Bet365 is a legalise betting company, you can take legal actions towards them.

Stuff like that happen on other betting sites too, I have read many stories from people with your situation...I know suing them will cost a lot of money, but if they won't acknowledge any proof you send them and if you're 100% sure you'll win the case, then go for it...Good luck tho, I'm really sorry for your loss and for this unfortunate situation :(
 
Hi Guys... My experience with Bet365 is even worse... i won some money on roulette and i made 2 withdrawals... one on 300euros and second on 1200euros... So here is what happened afterwards... Bet365 send the first withdrawal request of 300euros to a credit card which was closed for nearly 3 years but it was still registered on my bet365 account(keep in mind I didn't do any deposits from this card for obvious reasons. IT'S CLOSED AND NOT EXISTING ANYMORE). Btw the policy of Bet365 is to process the withdraws on cards from where you made the deposits...funny right??? :)) Well after al kinds of bullshit requests and proofs that i haven't received those 300euros, which i have provide them in full, they are currently ignoring me and not providing any feedback at all about my missing withdrawal.. However for my second withdrawal of 1200 euros they asked for alternate bank and i received the money in 4 business days.
But the 300 euros withdrawal become a mess which they created in first place and now they are trying to pass the ball to the other side and avoid responsibility. I believed until now they are the best betting site world wide... Boy i was so wrong....

Hi, did you contact your bank? Because I know for a fact the money is still received by the bank, even if the card has expired.

Exception is if the card was prepaid, but with most cards, the bank will receive the money after the card has expired.

With what payment method were you processing your withdrawal till now?
